Tina has been involved in real estate ever since she was a young girl, growing up watching her father develop residential and mobile home communities throughout Hillsborough and Pasco County.

Tina's first Real Estate Venture was Developing and Selling the Subdivision of Nature's Reserve Located in Land O' Lakes, Florida.  Tina has been involved with all the Stages of Land Development; Planning and Permitting to the final stages of construction and sales. The Development Field led her into Commercial Real Estate, where she has focused on General Commercial Real Estate and Property Management. Tina has sold properties from Manatee County to Hernando County as small as ¼ acre to over 1,000 acres.

Known to some as the Queen of Ybor, Tina has also Sold many buildings within the Historic District of Ybor City as well as Channelside.

Tina Marie Eloian has been with Florida Executive Realty for over 10 years and has helped form the Commercial Division and mentored many within her field.
