Debbie Ferraro has been working in the Real
Estate industry 25 years. She is not your average realtor as she has been
a licensed title agent for the past 20 years. She is very well
versed in all aspects and types of real estate, including Residential,
Commercial, Short Sales, REO, Deed in Lieu and Foreclosure. She
owned her own title company for 13 years and worked in two of Tampa bay's
largest Real Property firms. Her
extensive knowledge of real estate and title allows her to see, anticipate and
handle aspects of the transaction your average realtor would not know.
She is linked into the lending community as she is currently the Affiliate
Director for the Florida Association of Mortgage Professionals.
Debbie is very involved in local charities
across Tampa Bay. In 2005 she started volunteering her time for
"Keep Tampa Bay Beautiful" serving on the steering committee
for their annual fundraiser event "Tropical Nights" as well as
multiple clean-up projects. Since 1999 she has been a member of the
"Krewe of Charlotte de Berry" a woman's social and charitable
organization. She has served on the board with the highest rank of Captain.
Debbie has also taught the closing process class of the "Hillsborough
County Challenge Fund" a local charity that assists low income
families in realizing their dream of home-ownership.
